Great service

Just had to complement Vodacom for service I received over the past two months. Currently residing in the UK and realising I will not be using my contract before it expires in Feb 2021 due to COVID I wanted to cancel it to save a few rands. After the initial struggle to get hold of them, my mom went to a store in Jhb to see if she could get any further. From there we had the most amazing experience - big shout out to the following three employers for helpfulness, courteous emails and support, it has been a pleasure! Clevian Thorne from the Balirgowrie branch my mom visited, and then Janelly Meyer and Wayne Gombard from the E-service customer care teams. Keep up the good work :-)
