Had a problem with my router not picking up the signal sometimes. I was helped by a lady called Thabelo, unfortunately I do not have her surname. I was not at home when I made the inquiry and therefore not able to execute what she was instructing me to do. She asked the convinient time for me and she called as promised. Thank you Thabelo, thank you Vodacom.
