Great Service!

I was so impressed with the service received at the Mall @ Carnival Branch that I was not able to pass an opportunity to review this one particular gentleman. I decided to take out a contract and because I have a Vodacom number I thought best be to stick with them. I called the Mall @ Carnival ONLY to find out what documents i would need to bring when coming in after work. Themba answered my call and within 30 min all documents was sent via email and contract approved. This is going above and beyond. I went in after work. Signed my contract an so forth however due to technical issues was not able to take the phone on this day. All good because Themba was just so pleasant all the way through. The next day while at work everything was processed as promised and when my boyfriend went to pick up the phone, Themba immediately recognized him and again was super helpful. I can almost say this is the best service i have had in South Africa and Themba is really a stellar employee. Even while in the shop there was numerous staff, standing around not really helping anyone and chatting to colleagues while Themba was taking one after the other customer with a huge smile on his face (also the only one) I think Manager can learn from this guy.
