Great service - but you have ***** agents!

<p>To be fair, I have given you 5 stars seeing as I am happy with the services you provide me. However, you need to be aware of the shady dealings of one of your agencies – ELITE MOBILE, based in the Durban area.<br /><br /> I made the unfortunate mistake of accepting one of their deals which has now long since been cancelled but they keep debiting my bank account with their ridiculous fees, which I keep returning. In spite of previous promises of refunds and re-assurances from them that the problem will be resolved, it just never goes away and it’s my credit status that is being adversely affected. So now I am appealing to you to take action. After all, it’s YOUR company name that they are dragging through the mud. Loads of people who have had bad experiences with them will associate Vodacom with their greedy, ********* practices.</p>
