Great Service at Vodacom Cradlestone
I received great service from this establishment.
The 2 gentlemen who helped us are Nico and Kyle. They were extremely thorough in assisting me block/blacklist my ****** phone. They also ensured that no mistakes were done in verifying the EMIE number of the device .
I was also assisted with a SIM swop; quite an efficient process. I appreciate their patience for the customer and meticulous nature with which they approached my issue.
They deserve a big raise.
