Great service and shopping experience

I visited the Vodacom store in Bluff Towers on Saturday, 13th November 2021 around 3pm. The consultant, Freedom, was very friendly and helpful. He displayed immense knowledge about the contract terms and conditions as well as the products on offer. This was very refreshing and awesome as it is always a pleasure to deal with someone who knows exactly what is going on and who gives expert advice. It makes the shopping experience a great one. While we were dealing with Freedom another consultant, Raees, came up to us to check up on us and give us some recommendations. Freedom was patient. I updated my details and ended up with 4 new deals. Our experience was a positive one and we will definitely recommend that people consult with Freedom and Raees at Vodacom Bluff Towers.
