I would like to commend Cindy from Vodacom on line call center. After I made a mistake by ordering the incorrect product on line, Cindy ensured this was reversed within an hour and was very professional in listening to the issue and taking the time to assure me that it could be reversed. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
