Great service and dedication

I went to Vodacom to sort out an upgrade and after the first person who helped me managed to royally ***** it up, Terrance at Vodacom Meyersdal helped me immensely. He is professional and a dedicated employee. I just thought I'd let Vodacom know he helped me a few times in the past and he is honestly the best employee at that branch.<br> <br> I needed to do a sim swop and number port for another phone and I went to Vodacom at Mall of the South. The person who helped me, Daniel, went out of his way after a number of issues. There was a big problem at MTN and porting the number proved very difficult and in the end, it took a week. This would normally warrant a complaint but Daniel kept me in the loop and phoned me back constantly with feedback.<br> <br> I appreciated the assistance I was given by both these employees and I hope they get the credit they deserve.
