Great Service and Attitude

I wanted to cancel a data contract that I am not using anymore. Since I have sent an email to the Vodacom customer care, within 24 hours Yandiswa Dilima phoned me and could not get hold of me where after she followed up with an email to confirm when she can contact me again. Once I have spoken to her, she really went out of her way to assist me with my query as well as to resolve the query and I must say, in record time as well.<br> <br> Thank you Yandiswa Dilima for assisting me with such great attitude and helping me with the best options you had and in such friendly manner, really appreciate it, it was the best service I EVER got from Vodacom.
