Great Service

Although I have cancelled my service due to a constant battle with our fibre supply, I feel its only fair to give compliment were due.

I interacted with Zama Gumede today re my cancelation, from her initial call, understanding my situation, arranging with you to waive the router fee to the follow up, I can honestly applaud this lady for her friendliness, caring approach and service she provided.

I will also compliment her on Hello Peter and Google Reviews, its rare to find the service she provided from a corporate call centre.

Well Done in having her on your team, and I hope that my mail will assist in opening further opportunities in her career with Vodacom, as she is a true asset to Vodacom.
