I will like to take thank Thulani for excellence service he provided me. I was very angry after I spoke to the consultant in the morning who could not resolve my query and referred me to query with fnd for my data because I bought it from them. She told me that if I by airtime from the shop I can't blame vodacom. My query was simple because all I want to know what happened to my data, she told me that it expired i must go check my sms. Even though I was irate when I spoke to Thulani because I wanted to lodge a complaint. He was able to resolve my query without any further escalation. I want to take this opportunity to thank him for his excellent service and professionalism. He rocks
