Great Service
I was assisted by a lady by the name of Noko from the Vodacom Call Centre, this morning. I called in at just after 06:00 this morning, I imagine the young lady was tired but she didn't give that away. She was professional in her interaction with me and fixed my issue. <br> <br> I would like to thank Noko for her assistance this morning. I am a morning person but I know many people who aren't. She must have been up at the crack of dawn in order to be answering calls at 06:00 but she didn't give that away. She gave me great service and I greatly appreciate that.
