<p>I emailed customer care this morning, did the reply on the verification and within 12 minutes I had "Wendy September" on the line helping me out. She then emailed everything we discussed through.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is several days quicker then I am used to, so kudos to Vodacom and Wendy.</p>
