Great service

<p>I put in an request for an upgrade on the 24th of May and was advised i should receive the device by the 26th for the latest. I contacted the upgrades dept. on the 26th and was given so many different stories as to why my device was not delivered. I called multiple times and spoke to different consultants, who each promised I would receive it a few days later. To date I have not received my device. This morning I called upgrades and spoke to Lindiwe Kubheka. She was the only consultant who provided me with answers. Didn’t give me the run around. She even went to the extent of supplying my order number. She was by far the best consultant!!! She was very professional. Ensured my queries were answered even before I asked her anything. Vodacom needs more consultants like her. Keep up the great work Lindiwe. You made my day, many thanks J</p>
