Great online service from Vodacom but bad delivery company (Ram Couriers)used

Smooth, fast and efficient. I was so impressed with how quick and painless it was to apply for my contract online. Minutes later I received details of my application. Thank you for the great service. It's a pity you used Ram Couriers to deliver my parcel to me because I have not received it yet and Ram has not been helpful at all in providing feedback.
