Great online chat consultant
I have been struggling for a couple of weeks on the Vodacom Online chat. I speak to a consultant and get promised a call back or an email, and then nothing happens. Yesterday (May the 2nd) I spoke to Nthembiso, and had the greatest online and then voice service one could ask for. The contract application was done in 5 minutes, the credit check in another 5 and I immediately received a call back from Nthembiso informing me that my applicationo was successful. Thank you Nthembiso, you are aces!
