GREAT NETWORK
I would like to tank Vodacom for at least being available to resolve queries all the time. they make mistakes like all other companies but issues get resolved. expensive too but at least there is a customer service you may contact and if one has a problem they may always send the query to vodacomcustomercare and will be sure to be contacted. I have had my fair share of problems with vodacom and its staff here and there but the customercare has never let me down. the disappearing airtime is annoying but at least the customer care is within reach and they respond. even though it's not always satisfactory but the there is a league of professionalism at this company. some company reps when a customer is irate they get irritated even more and start losing their cool. mmm...I'd rather pay more where i'll get service. no company is perfect but we need to have customer care within reach. Vodacom provides that
