great manager (junior) goes the exstra mile

Just like to thank the manger at the vodacom in forest hill. I went to the branch and i explained my problem i was in tears and he did every thing in his power to help me! Just want to say thank you. I know what i asked for was not part of the store policy but he still helped me.. what other store whould have gone over the store poilcy to help a customer?<br> His name is junior. <br> Than you mr junior for helping me and not showing me away!! That real customer serves!!
