Great job Vincent Mokhethi! I received a data plan sim card, which I’ve struggled with over the last few months. Eventually this morning out of utter frustrations due to the numerous calls, with no assistance and downright irritation I finally spoke to Vincent. I was already annoyed after calling twice this morning with the calls getting disconnected twice. He listened with intent even with my arrogance and rudeness. Something I am embarrassed over as he was so calm in trying to assist me. He told me what I should do and then within the promised time frame he called me back and voila I am connected again! In a society where it is so difficult to get customer service, I was balled over that he went over and above to help me. I am truly impressed and I know as South Africans we are quick to complain yet shy on complimenting a job well done. He deserves employee of the month or the best incentive Vodacome has as I can assure that after numerous calls he was by far the best agent they have. Well done Vincent Mokhethi!
