Great Job and Excellent Service
Vodacom has impressed me with their customer service after quite a few challenges and disappointments over the years. Yesterday I called the contact center 082135 with every intent of cancelling my data contracts due to the increase implemented in April 2024. I was fortunate to be routed to Parshal (Hope I haven't butchered his name), he was awesome. He understood my needs and took time to go through my numerous contracts and assisted with a plan with a reduced monthly installment. He was patient and understanding, he answered all my questions and helped me efficiently and friendly. Great Job and excellent service acknowledged. Thank you.
