Great Insurance Claim Process Experience!!!

I've just possibly had the greatest insurance experience ever!

Thanks to Vodacom Hatfield Plaza (Lebo - a lady) and Vodacom insurance. I handed my phone in on Thursday 14 May and received a notification this morning (18 May) stating that my phone was ready for collection. In between those days I received continued communication as to the status of my claim.

The customer service was superb all round.
