Great experience

I went in to vodacom customer care to hand in my tablet for repairs. I specifically asked for the repair to be escalated to receive my tablet the following week as I would be out of gauteng for the next 4 months. Unfortunately upon my arrival to the store on a<br> 11 September my repair was not ready for collection. Mashudu promised to follow up and give me regular feedback as well as courier my tablet to me at my guest lodge. Yesterday as I walked into my room there was my tablet ready for use.
