Great employee makes a difference!
After many frustrating attempts to pre-order an upgrade, even going into the store, I managed to interact with Lisa Jimmie from Vodacom Online Sales department.
What an absolute pleasure! Assisted me and guided me on the various options.
Just glad after dealing with a few clueless employees that a knowledgeable employee could help me.
