Great Customer Service : Xoliswa Molefe
A few weeks ago I had a query with Vodacom and was assisted by a very friendly, humble lady by the name of Xoliswa Molefe, she did not have the means to assist me when I made a query but she made sure to do a follow up on my query until I got the assistance I was looking for. Thank you so much Xoli for being patient enough with me and for making sure that my needs were met.
