Great customer service received from Zama.

I called Vodacom customer care today, 27-10-2023. I was assisted by Zama. Great service received. Zama listened, wanted to understand what my problem is, and not only that, but did his best, (i believe) to help me as a client. He is very patient and understanding. To me, Zama displays high quality calibre of customer service and the go to person for solutions. Thank you Zama for the excellent service rendered today.
