Great customer service experience - K****tso Maitjie

Absolutely great experience with the customer service agent K****tso Maitji, I reside overseas and has been having problems with my roaming and when multiple agents couldnt or refused to help me over the year, she had fixed my problem within a few minutes, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful and even followed up. thank you so much you made things so much easier for me.
