Great customer service

For the first time in the longest time, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the vodacom customer care centre and the upgrades department, I was assisted properly and they even called me back as I was driving when the first callback came through. I did not end up processing the upgrade due to handset costs for a handset that was ****** but the service I received was excellent. A refreshing change, keep it up!
