Great customer service
Just want to give gratitude to Theo who is a consultant at the CIC back office. He's a star. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had over the phone. I had a devastating encounter with another consultant who works there, coloured female. The most uneducated person I've ever spoken to. She didn't even give me a chance to explain myself, she's rude and hanged up the phone on me most probably due to lack of knowledge/product. She's a disgrace to be working in that department. Fortunately for Theo, he turned things around and resolved my issue.
