Great customer service
For the first time dealing with Vodacom, I felt like a valued customer. I engaged with Matiti from rewards, Vodabucks or porting not sure. She was warmly welcoming to my query & I could feel she was willing to assist.
Thank you for great customer service, call centres do really need employees like you.
Big ups to Matiti, & hopefully you get this appreciation from your employer.
