Great customer Service by aftersales consultant

Ive been trying to cancel an online application quote for 5 days now. Being told to call 3 different departments to no avail as no consultant could give me a straight answer on the progress of this order. I managed to get through to the after sales team and Chumani was super helpful and understood my dilemma after a few minutes talking to him. He even offered me several alternative solutions & went over and above offering to deal with my issue specifically if I ran into any issues. I hope management sees this review and he gets the recognition else deserves. I would have given fewer stars due to the run around but I think Chumani’s help saved this review
