Great customer service
I had to call customer services, regarding an account issue which was was dealt with by Jackie. She sorted out the query quickly and was thorough in checking that my other numbers were not affected. I then asked to be transferred to cancellations for an old number that I don't use anymore. She transferred me through and when I was cut off she phoned me back and tried again. Cancellations help me with my problem and once that was done I received another phone call from Jackie to make sure I had been helped. I really believe Jackie went the extra mile. 10/10
