Great customer service

I went into the Vodacom store on Tuesday 15 November because all my calls showed private and the person who offered me the contract never informed me that it should be activated instore...

I went into Vodacom Parow Centre and the lady Donica immediately acknowledged me and greeted me very politely with a smile....She sorted my issue out promptly and effieciently....

This type of customer service is what we as consumers need but do not get anymore....
