Great customer service

After struggling with the authentication process and getting bad attitude from the customer care consultants yesterday, today I got through to a consultant that was much more helpful and willing to assist me, and was efficient at that. I would like to express my satisfaction to the service received from a guy by the name of Michael. It's consultants like him that will help Vodacom retain their customers no doubt.
