GREAT customer service
me and my mom went to vodacom in moffet on main in Port Elizabeth today as her phone had a blackberry error upon arrival instore we were welcomed by Dorothy a consultant at the store. as she checked the phone in for repairs we told her that we are from Uitenhage and now we must leave the phone there and come back after 2_3days when she heard we were not from PE she immediately got on the phone with the technicians them if perhaps they can help us - the technician immediately came to the store and took the phone in for software. if it wasnt for Dorothy we had to travel back to Uitenhage without the phone just to come back in 2-3 days to collect it. excellent customer service from Dorothy. will go there anytime she is a real star..
