Great Attitude and Friendliness

Without going into detail - I arrived at Vodacom Midlands as an extremely frustrated, unhappy client. Although I received service from a very unhelpful Andilhe he directed me to Jessie. Her efficiency and calmness helped the situation and she really went the extra mile to sort my problem. She was standing in for the Supervisor that specific day (21st May 2015). I wish there was more employees that knew and understood the value of good customer service. She really did well!!!
