I hereby wish to compliment Gao on her excellent, speedy, professional, friendly, competent and patient assistance. <br> <br> Being of an age where technology etc sometimes gets me confused, what with Wi-Fi's, ****les, all kinds of G's and MB's, Gao never once became agitated or aggravated with me, and explained absolutely everything pertaining to my data application clearly.<br> <br> She is an asset to Vodacom and your team, and living in an age where service delivery has become almost non-existent, it was only but a pleasure to have to be assisted by Gao.<br> <br> I trust that the rest of my application will be dealt with in the same way by the next consultant/department ?<br> <br> Have a wonderful day further and keep safe over the Festive season.<br> <br> Thank you
