Hi. I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the work done by Olivia Isaacs. She contacted me on the 10th to assist me with my complaint, it has been resolved. I wish it didn't take this long, 3 complaints altogether to be finally taken seriously. Vodacom, please do better by your customers, we deserve it. As for Olivia, she is the best, actually made my day. Very calm, caring & professional. Well done to her. That's all.
