Grateful

I had spoken to a lady by the name of Ntabisi at the call centre, I SINCERELY hope I'm getting her name right. She was exceptional with her customer service s****s as well as her patients with me. She didn't only help me with one problem but 2. I am ever so grateful that I had come through to her on the line. You are truly amazing. Your customer service is on par. You were truly exceptional. She even called me back to verify that everything was still in working order. I thank you so very much.
