Went through the process of upgrading my phone. Was then told new phone would be delivered by RAM. OMW then the doodoo hit the fan. No idea where the parcel is and Vodacom don't give a dam either. I have called Vodacom, Ram & Mondo so many times and just keep getting empty promices and nothing done. Hang your head in shame - all of you...
