Got to Hate Vodacom

Pathetic service from Vodacom in my trying to resolve my billing issues! All of a sudden my bill went up almost 4 times without any explanation. No my line is completely blocked and I can't accessible banking!!!! I HATE Vodacom! The call center agent are absolutely useless and not will to assist! Wow!!! Such bad service after my calling them countless times this matter is still not resolved needless to say, I need my phone and can't have a bad credit record because of a silly mistake that NOT T EVEN Mine! Got to hate Vodacom for not caring about their customer and I have been with them for over 10 years!!!
