Google Paly store ***** on Vodacom contract

I wanted to close my two Vodacom contracts but was advised that if I do I will lose my excellent payment history. I decided to take out the smallest contracts they had on offer. When the new contracts kicked in end of June, the bill on the one contract had a R1999-00 Google Paly store purchase loaded. I did not purchase any item on Google store as the sim card is used in an Apple Iphone and no Google account exists on the phone. I did log a complaint, and it was investigated but Vodacom could not find any signs of *****. I have requested that VDC provide the details of where, when and what was purchased, but no one has come back to me. And now i have been handed over to debt collection.
