Goodbye Vodacom, you no longer value your customers
I've been a happy customer with Vodacom for many years, well over a decade. The recent few years however has seen an abnormal trend with service levels dropping and prices increasing. Vodacom is no longer competitive in pricing and their packages are archaic, bundled sms's? Seriously? You guys just stuck the nail in the coffin by starting to charge me R 240 for R 220 airtime a month and R 149 for 1G of data. I was already recently upset by the fact that when there's loadshedding I have no cell reception but my wife, who pays Telkom R 99 for 1G has LTE all the way through loadshedding.
How do you increase your prices without informing your customers? Do you not care at all?

10 Apr 2019, 11:12I checked my email and always check my invoices and statements and can confirm that I have not received a price increase notice. I can, however, confirm that I will submit my 1 months notice period for cancellation on the 8th July 2020.
