Goodbye Vodacom, King of Arrogance and Incompetence

My contract with Vodacom comes to an end at 23:59 tonight, but I was planning on continuing on Prepaid tomorrow. However as I was driving to work this morning, I saw I couldnt use Whatsapp. Got to work and tried to buy prepaid data but was told that I wasnt on their network! After 3 phone calls and having to authenticate myself a total of 7 times with 4 questions each, while being transferred from pillar to post, I did manage to get them to reconnect me on their network... BUT 30 minutes later I was cut off again. Only to be told after many more calls (I lost count) that they took all my airtime and data this morning too! So Vodacom, you literally are a *****! You STOLE my airtime and data 16 hours before it was due to expire! You logged and escalated my issue twice, but tick tock, in 2 hours it will be 12h00 and I will be on Cell C.

In spite of saying you would get back to me about my complaint above, nobody has contacted me about it. I have now been trying to port my number from Tuesday when you decided to take my phone off the network at 8:00 instead of 11:59. ********** 823 It has still not been done and now Cell C says you have issues with your porting system! When I phone your porting number ********** the call gets cut without ringing. Please assist urgently! I have been battling with you on this for more 3 days now!
