Good work Nthabiseng!!
My review is not about Vodacom per se but it is about a consultant that was very helpful. Her name is Nthabiseng Nomnga... even though she could not help me since my complaint was for the insurance department but I honestly appreciate her assistance, she kept me on the loop with wht was happening and when my line got cut off she kept calling me and not all consultants do that but she did it. She deserves a pat on the back for giving good customer service...and 100 gold stars next to her name. Thank you Nthabiseng Nomnga!!!!!
