after the Horrific experience with the Vodacom store in Vangate Mall, Cape Town (branch opposite Telkom), a gentleman by the name of Theo was quick to respond and resolve the complaint.<br> <br> after emails were exchanged the store in question contacted me. however as theo did his part, the store manager did not even apologize.<br> <br> nonetheless, great work from theo!
