good services makes a difference

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Trust all is well </p> <p> </p> <p>Im currently not impressed with the service ive recently had with vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 25th of june 2016 i went to Vodacom maponya mall to book my device for repairs, i was then reffered to jabulani mall reason being jabulani deals with repairs and they can fix my device on the spot if its not a serious thing .</p> <p>Then on the 4th of july 2016 i went to jabulani mall they advised me that my device would be booked for repairs it would take 7 working days, i was then contacted on the 14 of july 2016 to come in store urgently, i went to jabulani mall and was provided a document reffering me to go collect a new device at protea gardens as my device was beyond repair.</p> <p>The very same day i went to protea gardens handed the document to the consultant, she told me that she had to contact head of to find out how much is my device as it is discontinued, i went back on tuesday(20 july 2014) i was provided with the story but not provided with the time frame on when then this will be resolved or when should i come back to collect my device.....</p> <p>im really disappointed with vodacom and i really dont plan on upgrading my device. I swear this is gonna be my first and last contract. They dont care about they clients, i mean i even have an insurance and its as its a waste of time.</p>
