Good Service from Katleho Kuaho

I have received some very bad service from Vodacom, whenever i have tried to get my query resolved the consultant would be rude or put the phone down on me.

I was however assisted by a Mr. Katleho Kuaho. He was the first and only person to actually listen to my problem and tried his best to resolve my query. He is a bright shining light in that company and credit is deserved where credit is due. Thank you for your patience and help Katleho.
