Good Service from Agent
I would like to compliment a Vodacom Viber Support consultant Annelisa Tikise for her patience and delivery on good service, after numerous calls I have done complaining to Vodacom with poor service received from other agents , I was ready and willing to cancel my contract with them. My interim LTE stopped working and no one could tell me what was problem , some agents went as far as dropping the line on me however it was the patience of Anelisa and her going an extra mile to sort out my complaint that really made me change my mind. She really understands what is customer service and I would like to say to her Keep up the good work, Thank you.
