Good service

I have had so many bad experiences with vodacom that I have even taken them to consumer protection, even thinking about it stresses me out. So I called in to cancel my contract as it was nearly expired and spoke to Keanu in the cancellation dept. He was so empathetic and apologized for the service, I told him part of my story and was convinced I want nothing to do with vodacom ever again. Long story short he spoke with me and convinced me(which is extremely difficult)to give vodacom another chance and offered me a great deal, I told him my husband is in the same position and that he would probably consider this deal when he hears about it, he told me he would call back the next day and speak with my husband and he did, again he managed to convince my husband too. I have to say he has excellent sales skills and he is not even in sales department. The phone I chose is still on back order so I haven't started on the new contract yet but I hope my experience this time and the device I get will be more pleasant than the last time. In my opinion Keanu should definitely get recognition for this or even a promotion. I gave 4 stars coz I still need to see how it goes once my new contract begins.
