Good Service and Extra Mile

I would like to thank the best service I have received from Candice Davids. I was struggling to get my sim card connected to the network after I have done swim swap and after 6 hours has gone pass. I called the call centre earlier on and I didn't get help and I was told to go to vodashop where I bought the sim card the next day since it was already late and they were unwilling to help so then I had to call for the third time and fortunately I found her and she went an extra mile by finding the root of the problem and she kept on calling me to check if the sim card was connected to the network up until she resolved the problem as I expecting very important calls . I really thank her for the commitment she has put and this are the kind of people we anticipating to receive help from as vodacom customers and she's really passionate about her work. May God richly bless her and also vodacom notice her hard working effort.
